Campaign Priorities

People and Programs

In New Hampton School’s last capital campaign, the focus was primarily on improvements to buildings across our campus. With the Bicentennial Campaign, we’ll be directing our efforts and funds to what is happening inside those buildings: our people and programs.

Our faculty are the heart of our enterprise. Attracting and retaining top-notch faculty to teach, coach, and lead programs is critical to our mission of empowering students to solve the world’s toughest challenges and to sustaining our school’s excellence.

Innovative programs are critical to our mission as well. The International Baccalaureate Programme, Academic Support Program, Entrepreneurial Studies Program, Project Week, and Apple Distinguished School designation – these are but a few of the programs that differentiate our school and help to set our graduates apart.

And lastly, the campaign will enable us to increase our financial aid, making a New Hampton School education more accessible for mission appropriate candidates. Greater access makes possible a diverse and rich experience for students of varying backgrounds, talents, and abilities. It exposes all our students to a broader, more respectful worldview.

By increasing our endowment, we’ll be investing in our strongest assets – our people and our programs – and securing the long-term future and viability of our school.
